Self-doubt, negative self-talk and peer pressure influence our behaviors and view of ourselves. We will work on challenging those negative thoughts and identify strengths to improve self-esteem thought patterns. We may utilize CBT, mindfulness, and reprocessing in order to reach your goals.
Puberty and adolescents can be difficult for anyone. Teens struggle with trying to find their identity and can struggle with added pressures from peers and social stressors. Some teen/tween issues include:
